How much does it cost to join?

Nothing. The Napking Club is free for everyone with an account, and you start collecting Crowns from your very first order.

When are my Crowns credited?

Crowns from an order are credited once the order is complete. Crowns for birthdays and referrals are credited as soon as the action is verified. For referrals, that means once your friend's first order goes through.

How do I use my Crowns?

Choose your reward from your account when you've reached one of the thresholds, and apply it at checkout on a future order. The Crowns you spend are deducted from your balance; the rest stays where they are.

Can I use more than one reward on the same order?

Rewards generally can't be combined with other discount codes, unless we say otherwise during a specific promotion.

What happens if I return an order?

If an order is refunded or canceled, the Crowns earned will be deducted accordingly.

Can I exchange Crowns for cash?

No. Crowns and The Napking Club rewards can only be used against a purchase on thenapking.com.

Does my level go down when I spend Crowns?

Never. Your The Napking Club level is based on your history with us, not on your current Crown balance, so redeeming rewards won't affect it.

I shopped with you before the The Napking Club existed. Do those orders count?

Yes. We've credited your account based on the number of orders you've placed with us. Just log in to check it.
