RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY


You can return your items in their original condition, within 14 days of the delivery date, and receive a refund or store credit to use sitewide with no time limit. Please note that items can’t be exchanged and that they must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from. You can return your items by calling at +39 0916883142 or send an email at info@thenapking.com and we will arrange a home collection with one of our couriers. The EASY RETURN service is always free in Italy. Return costs may vary depending on the country as indicated below:
